ABOUT

Born in January 2000 in England and raised in South Africa, Jordan Linehan’s love for music began early. From singing as a child to joining his first worship band at 16, music quickly became a language for expressing what words alone couldn’t. Those teenage years were where songwriting first came alive — honest, emotional, and raw. His early songs explored mental health, identity, and faith, weaving themes of depression, hope, and transformation into something deeply personal.

Jordan eventually returned to England and made his home in Manchester, where he studied Music Production at Futureworks University. There, he developed as both an artist and a producer — learning how to shape melodies, create immersive soundscapes, and lead full creative projects. Whether arranging vocals, building tracks from scratch, or collaborating with musicians, Jordan found his sound: textured, emotional, and intentional.

In 2025, he released his debut EP, Crown Part 1 (Live at Futureworks) — a live-recorded worship project performed with a full band and audience. The EP was born from the idea of creating a musical “crown” — a creative offering to reflect the journey he’s been on. Each song captures a different season: Reality and New Creation speak to truth and freedom, Trust wrestles with doubt and dependence, and Crown closes the project with surrender. Though recorded live, the EP was later mixed and polished, capturing both the energy of the night and the depth of the message.

Outside of the studio, Jordan is an extrovert who thrives in connection and collaboration. He’s passionate about curating creative worship spaces and serves regularly as a worship leader at Revelation Church in Manchester. He’s also a Marvel fan, loves deep conversations, and lives with ADHD — something that fuels his creativity and passion for doing things differently.

Musically, Jordan draws inspiration from artists like Amanda Cook, AURORA, and Jack Garratt, whose sound design and emotional depth influence his own writing. He’s especially drawn to atmospheric, textured sounds — the kind found in works by Keinheiser and other producers who blur the lines between sonic art and storytelling.

At the core of everything Jordan creates is a desire for honesty — to write songs that don’t shy away from the hard things but also point to something greater. His hope is that people encounter something real through his music: peace, presence, and the freedom to respond fully.

He’s currently writing new songs, producing behind the scenes, and planning more live worship experiences that blend heart, sound, and creativity.
